Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy - Lymphoedema and lipoedema Management, including manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), compression therapy, and garment fittings to help manage these conditions effectively.  Delivered by a trained Decongestive Lymphatic Practitioner using gold standard protocols to support your lymphatic system, reduce inflammation, and improve fluid balance.​

Remedial Massage Therapy - provided by a Diploma trained Remedial Massage Therapist, includes techniques such as deep tissue, sports, and trigger point therapy. These therapies help manage a variety of ailments, including muscle tension, chronic pain, injury recovery, and postural imbalances.​

Clinic & Mobile Appointments

Clinic appointments are available at Sandy Beach 5 minutes south of Woolgoolga. 

Mobile appointments available for clients who physically cannot attend in person.
